Shipping Method

Australia – Products will be sent by Australia Post; securely and safely wrapped. 

Packaging

Products are wrapped carefully to avoid any damage in transit, however occasionally accidents do happen and if, on opening your parcel you find a damaged product please email Skin By Kame within 24 hours.

If you receive a Damage Parcel

Whilst we do our best with packaging unfortunately sometimes products get damaged on delivery. You must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product for a refund or replacement to apply.

Please Email info@skinbykame.com with the following 

  • Order number

  • Photos as proof of the damage products

Once Email has been received by Skin By Kamé

  • We will supply a satchel for you to return the products

  • Once we receive the damaged products, we will process the refund or supply replacement.

Tracking 

All Skin By Kamé parcels come with tracking number once dispatched.

Refunds

Products will not be refunded or credited due to change of mind. 

Reactions

Reactions can and do happen. In the rare case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction;

  • Please stop using the product immediately

  • Call us on 03 8820 9609

  • Email info@skinbykame.com clear photos of your skin in natural daylight on the same day

Lost Parcel 

If a parcel is lost in transit we will assist you to deal with the relevant shipping company.

Orders over   $150.00 AUD  FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING 

Orders under $100.00 AUD $10.00 EXPRESS SHIPPING

Postage times 

Products will be posted to clients within Skin By Kamé opening hours as soon as possible. Please be patient as we are a 2 person team and endeavour to get your products to your door as soon as possible.

Please note we are closed on Sunday’s and Australian Public Holidays.
